Suppression Volunteer Recruitment
The Ross Valley Department is anticipating openings for qualified candidates into our Suppression Volunteer Program.
Minimum qualification at time of appointment:
18 Years of age or older
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Current Candidate Physical Ability Test Card
Current Professional Provider CPR card
Valid , EMT-B License CA
Valid, non-restricted CA divers license
30 Minute Driving Distance from Station 19 (777 San Anselmo Ave. San Anselmo)
Desirable qualifications:
Current or previous firefighting and EMS experience
College Fire Science education
