Construction Plans

In the building construction phase, the applicant submits a completed package of drawings and supporting documentation to the building depatment for the purpose of constructing, altering or modifying a structure.

A complete and thorough review of the plans will be completed by the Ross Valley Fire Department to ensure compliance with the adopted fire code.

Projects that require additional fire permits, such as fire sprinklers, vegetation managemnt plans, fire alarms, etc. shall be noted as deferred submittals.

All fire code requirements including deferred submittals shall be listed and noted on the plans.
